+ What is the average turnaround time?

Projects can vary in turnaround based on the amount of deliverables and the type of deliverables. In our conversations we’ll make sure to attach the right turnaround time to your project so your team will be ready to execute our game plan as our work becomes available to them. On average, our projects are delivered in 2-4 weeks. We do offer options for faster turnaround times when our clients require them. 

+ How is the final product to clients?

This is done in two ways: First, we house a master folder on Dropbox for all of our projects together with unlimited downloads. Second, we use Vimeo to review our work with you during the editing and delivery process. If you need us to host your video for viewing temporarily on Vimeo, clients have the option to do this with us. 

+ What is your creative process when working with clients?

We start off with getting to know your business and goals you have in mind on our first call or in-person meeting. From there, we build out a plan customized to your needs and then after some collaboration we’ll begin executing the project. 

+ Do you create video ads?

Yes, we can create your ads to run in ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, Google, etc.

+ What type of photography/videography do you specialize in?

We specialize in creating high converting media assets to help clients achieve their business goals. We also have experience creating internal media assets such as training videos to increase your team’s productivity or recruit top talent.

+ How do you ensure that you capture the culture of the brand in your work?

We’ve refined an onboarding process over the years that enables us to create the look and feel of your business in your media deliverables.

+ Can I speak with any of your past clients for references?

Yes, we enjoy keeping a friendly and lasting relationship with our clients and would be happy to provide references. 

+ Can I hire you to travel outside of Austin and Texas?

Yes! We are available for work both nationally and internationally
