Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What type of photography/videography do you specialize in?
A: I specialize in creating high converting media assets with my team to help clients achieve their goals. Although much of these are centered around generating investments and sales for our clients, we also create assets such as training videos to speed up your operations.
Q: Do you create video ads?
A: Yes, many of our clients collaborate with us to create ads they will use to run in the ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Google, etc.
Q: What is your creative process when working with clients?
A: I start off with getting to know your business and goals you have in mind on our first video call or in-person meet up. From there, I build out a small plan customized to your needs and then after some collaboration we’ll begin executing the project. We do all of the heavy lifting regarding the creative work and have multiple review points to ask our clients key questions during the production and post-production process.
Q: How do you ensure that you capture the culture of the brand in your work?
A: Most of this comes down to connecting with you as our client through a series of questions I’ve refined over the years that works great for us to get on the same page about what you want the look and feel of your business to have online. I also support these questions with visual examples.
Q: Do you work with non-profits?
A: Yes!
Q: What is your turnaround time for delivering the final product?
A: This varies per your project type and what it requires of us in post-production. We find that on average project turnarounds are 1-3 weeks. In our conversations we’ll make sure to attach the right turnaround time for your project so your team will be ready to execute our game plan as our work becomes available to them.
Q: How do you deliver the final product to clients?
A: It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
